The Game Overview
RocketStars is designed for 2 to 6 players, each taking on the role of a space commander. The objective is to gain the most prestige points by the end of the game through exploration, resource management, and alliance-building. The game board represents a detailed map of the known universe, including various planets, asteroid belts, and warp gates. Players start with a base on the lesser-known planet, Draconis Z-3, and from there, they strategize their expansion into space.
Introduction to Gameplay
Players are given a set of initial resources: one star cruiser, four crew members, and three technology cards. The star cruiser allows them to navigate the universe, while crew members perform specific tasks such as negotiation and research. The technology cards provide unique abilities or bonuses that players can leverage to gain an edge over their opponents.
